The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk through the park to the hospital, no worries about parking. The size of the bathroom and kitchen exceeded my expectations, especially considering the affordable price. The bed was incredibly comfortable,

Amazing customer service! I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel staff offered to pick me up from the train station without any prior arrangements. They even went out of their way to help me with multiple trips back to the station due to train cancellations. 

I liked that it was so close to the town centre

Very convenient location; comfortable and clean. Helpful hosts. Great walking distance to central city and parks.

The hot water in our unit was exceedingly hot - great for hot showers and dish washing, but potentially dangerously hot if young children were in the unit. Suggest all motels involved with this booking system be reminded of a recommended hot water temperature (particularly in family units).

I really enjoyed my stay at this place. The location was perfect, close to the railway station and within walking distance to the city and Addington shops. It was also right in front of a big park, which was great for outdoor activities. The 

location -very handy to Christchurch Hospital. Clean.

We recently stayed at a motel on the outskirts of the city center, perfect for those travelling by car. The proximity to beautiful parks and shops made exploring easy and convenient. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with clean and comfortable bedding 

TV didn't work properly, channels were fuzzy.

Location and access is good

Office opening at 7.30 - needs to be earlier for business travellers, facilities are pretty dated for money charged.

cleanliness was top-notch - with tidy kitchen & bed. location couldn't be better - right next to Hagley Park - supermarket within walking distance. friendly staff gave great local advice.
